Since founding the practice on January 4, 1999, Monique has dedicated her career to family law, providing clients with compassionate yet practical guidance through some of life’s most challenging moments. With over two decades of experience, she understands the complexities and emotional toll of family law cases and focuses on achieving resolutions while minimizing unnecessary conflict.
As a firm believer in giving back to the community, Monique volunteers as ARC counsel, advocating for children in probate and family court on a pro bono basis. She also serves as a conciliator for family law cases through the Essex County Bar Association, helping parties find common ground and move forward amicably.
Guided by the office motto, “We provide the advice clients need to hear, not the advice clients want to hear,” Monique is committed to offering straightforward, actionable counsel while maintaining the highest standards of legal service at reasonable costs.
Beyond the courtroom, Monique is a Level 2 certified Muay Thai practitioner, a diehard Red Sox fan, and an avid watcher of shows like Yellowstone. This balance of dedication to her craft and personal interests makes Monique a well-rounded and approachable advocate for her clients.
Whether guiding a client through a contentious divorce or working to protect a child’s best interests, Monique approaches every case with professionalism, empathy, and a results-driven mindset.
